The Ladycat volleyball team hosted a bunch of other volleyball teams Tuesday and each team got in two scrimmages to tune up for the 2019 season.
The Ladycats got in some work against the Northwest High School volleyball team in one of its scrimmages.
The Aledo front line looked sharp with several big blocks and spikes against the Texans.
Aledo will open the regular season in the Rockwall tournament beginning Friday. The Ladycats first home game of the season will be Aug. 27 against Arlington Seguin.
