Euless 43, Freshman Orange 14
The Aledo Orange Freshman team opened its game by driving 70-yards on 14 plays to take a 6-0 lead, but turnovers and the Stallion’s big play offense soon turned the tide.
Euless needed just two plays to tied the game. The big play came on a 74-yard TD run.
After the big first offensive possession, Aledo lost a fumble and had a punt blocked on their next two possessions to give the Stallions momentum. Euless turned both of those turnovers into touchdowns to take a 22-6 lead.
Aledo then got a TD run and PAT run from Dillon Vasquez to cut the lead to 22-14.
Vasquez then stopped the next Euless drive with an interception.
Euless then took advantage of another Aledo turnover in the third quarter to extend the lead to 30-14.

In the Freshman Black game, quarterback Brant Tubbs ran for one touchdown and threw a pair of TD passes to Zachary Reynolds to lead the Bearcats to a 28-8 victory.
An 8-yard TD run by Tubbs on the final play of the first quarter opened the scoring. Midway through the second quarter Tubbs hit Zachary Reynolds for a 22-yard TD pass to make it 16-0 at the half.
The Bearcat defense held Euless without a first down in the first half.
Tubbs then hit Reynolds on a 27-yard TD pass in the third quarter to make it 24-0.
